LF Series

Description

The Leonard LF Series has the versatility for any commercial, hospitality or healthcare linen supplier application. They feature high speed folding and cross-folding with optional small piece folding and draping capability.  The LF Series provides up to 5 or 6 lanes of folding and draping capability. The LF Series also has up to 2 lanes for large pieces and up to 6 lanes for small pieces. The LF Series has the option of adding up to 3 side stackers for post folding automatic sortation.  They are equipped with the easy-to-use Siemens PLC interface that accompanies all Leonard equipment. The LF Series is built by Leonard and backed by the industries best technical support team.

 

Versatility

The LF Series is versatile enough to fit into large or small laundries or linen suppliers. Standard working widths include 120, 130 and 156 inches to fit all ironer configurations. The LF Series can primary fold linen in 2 or 4 lane modes and can provide up to 3 primary folds for added versatility when running different products. Designed to fold large or small pieces with the option to accumulate and stack small pieces. The small piece accumulator can receive 5 or 6 lanes of small pieces from a flatwork ironer. It uses a blast of air to direct small pieces over dual indexing draping bars.

The LF Series can also be used as a utility machine, an overflow machine, or a back-up machine when other folder/ironer lines are down for maintenance.
