Program Objective

To make firefighter PPE drying equipment more accessible to fire departments with limited budgets by offering flexible, affordable lease options. This program allows departments to acquire essential gear-drying equipment without large upfront capital expenditures, while maintaining safety compliance and extending the life of protective gear.

Lease Structure

1. Equipment Included

Leonard Automatics Firefighter Gear Drying Cabinets LAFC-3 and LAFC-6 (jacket, pants, glove, and hose drying capability).
Standard warranty coverage and service support.
Optional extended maintenance package.

2. Lease Terms

Duration Options: 36, 48, or 60 months.
Monthly Payment Range: $300–$550 (depending on term length, cabinet model, and service package).
End-of-Term Options:
   • Purchase the unit for $1.00 (lease-to-own).
   • Return and upgrade to newer equipment.
   • Extend the lease at a reduced monthly rate.

3. Maintenance & Support

Preventive maintenance support is included annually.
Discounted service rates for on-site repairs.
Phone/virtual tech support included throughout the lease term.
